1. General Provisions

1.1. This document constitutes a public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") addressed to an indefinite circle of persons.

1.2. In accordance with Article 398, Paragraph 2 of the Civil Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, this Offer is a proposal to conclude a contract on the terms set forth below.

1.3. Acceptance of the terms of this Offer is considered to be payment for the order on the website allonsim.com. Upon payment, the contract is considered concluded.

2. Subject of the Offer

2.1. Allonsim provides mobile internet access services via eSIM technology for international travelers.

2.2. The specific terms of each data package (volume, validity period, price) are described on the website allonsim.com at the time of purchase.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1. The User agrees to:

· Be at least 18 years old to purchase services.

· Ensure that their device supports eSIM technology.

· Use the services in accordance with applicable laws.

3.2. Allonsim agrees to:

· Provide access to the service upon receipt of payment.

· Provide technical support to users.

· Provide information on eSIM installation and usage.

4. Payment

4.1. All payments are processed through Allonsim's payment partners.

4.2. Prices are listed on the website allonsim.com in Euros (EUR). Prices may also be displayed in other currencies for convenience.

4.3. The price of services is fixed at the time of payment and is not subject to change.

5. Refunds

5.1. The service is considered rendered at the moment the eSIM profile is successfully installed on the user's device.

5.2. Refunds are made only in the following cases:

· Technical error during payment (double charge).

· Impossibility of eSIM activation due to technical reasons on the Allonsim side.

· Order cancellation before the QR code for eSIM installation is issued.

5.3. Refunds are not made in the following cases:

· Unused data package.

· Change of plans or cancellation of the trip.

· Lack of eSIM support on the user's device.

5.4. To request a refund, please send a written request to: tanzel.group@mail.ru. Review time — up to 5 business days. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

6. Liability of the Parties

6.1. Allonsim provides connectivity services on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee network operation in areas with no coverage.

6.2. Allonsim is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the services.

6.3. The user is responsible for the security of their registration data and passwords.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1. This Offer is governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.

7.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached — in court at the location of Allonsim.

8. Amendments

8.1. Allonsim reserves the right to amend the terms of the Offer without prior notice.

8.2. Amendments take effect from the moment they are published on the website allonsim.com.
